Matthew Whelan of Birmingham, England, has 80 percent of his body covered in tattoos—and is such a fan of tattooing that he has legally changed his name to the King of Inkland.

The 33-year-old has spent £20,000 ($30,000) and 300 hours in the tattooist’s chair!

Double down: Tattoos & Piercings

Isobel Varley, aged 75 and from Stevenage, Hertfordshire, England, has her entire body covered in tattoos, apart from her face, the soles of her feet and her ears.

If that isn’t enough, she has almost 50 piercings on her body including 29 on her ears!

98% Ink!

That’s right, Matt Gone from Portland, Oregon is 98% covered in tattoos! This means everywhere including his tongue and one of his eyes!

The only parts of his body that are not tattooed are the palms of his hands and the soles of his feet, and in some places there are seven layers of ink tattooed into his skin.
