Hard Work

The team consists of three Croatian craftsmen. Their project started by removing the sheet metal body off a 1970s Volkswagen Beetle to replace it with their own creation.
3,500 Man Hours
6 Months Working
5,000 Swarovski Crystals
70 KG of Iron
24-Carat Gold Leaf

It took 3500 man hours in six months to reconstruct the car which ended up with a total of 70 kilograms of iron wrapped around the car. And it looks so cool!

And to add extra flourish to the exterior, parts are lined with 24-carat gold leaf and it is decorated with as many as 5000 Swarovski crystals!

The interior got a makeover as well. The inside now is lined with hand-stitched leather seats!

In the end, the custom metalwork was made so precisely that the craftsmen considered putting the original windows onto the iron frame.

The coolest part?

It actually drives!

You can rent this ornate Beetle for your special event! Think ahead though, it doesn’t offer much protection against rain.
